Reservation and Usage

  • Once a reservation is made, it cannot be changed. This includes changes due to personal circumstances, weather, or a change of mind. Our refund policy will apply in all cases.
  • All guests, including infants and children, must be included in the reservation. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a cancellation.
  • For bank transfers, please ensure that the payment is made under the name of the reservation holder.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the occupancy limit is not exceeded.
  • Bedding will be provided based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional bedding or guests cannot be accommodated on the day of your stay.
  • For stays of two nights or more, we will provide additional towels, amenities, and basic waste disposal services. However, an additional fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged for extra bedding changes.
  • Please treat all facilities and amenities with care. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately and will be charged at the replacement cost.
  • Our traditional bedding is made of white cotton and is provided for each guest (double bedding for rooms with beds). Guests are responsible for any damage or staining to the bedding.
  • Additional charges may apply for certain services.
  • Please ensure your safety and the safety of your children at all times. Guests are responsible for any accidents caused by their negligence.
  • Please note that our traditional hanok houses do not have insect screens and may attract insects. Mosquito electronic repellent and mosquito spray are provided.
  • While we regularly treat the property for pests, insects may still enter due to the traditional nature of the hanok and surrounding environment. Please understand that refunds will not be provided for this.
  • Due to the traditional construction of the hanok, the rooms may be cooler in winter. We recommend bringing warm pajamas and outerwear.
  • Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 9 PM, as the traditional hanok may have limited soundproofing.
  • Cooking and smoking are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the hanok. For safety reasons, the use of candles, fireworks, and mosquito coils is also not allowed.
  • Colored red wines are not permitted. Excessive amounts of alcohol and food are prohibited.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings. The stay is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in various areas of the property.
